Sputnik
The Sputnik sanatorium opened almost ten years ago and has 295 beds. It is exactly 19 km from Myadel and 142 km from Minsk. There is a main building, a seven-storey residential building with lifts and connecting passages, a cottage and a hydrotherapy centre.
The Sputnik health resort is in Myadel District of Minsk Region, within the Narochansky National Park. It stands in a mixed forest just a hundred metres from Lake Naroch. The grounds are rich in birches, rowans, maples and conifers. Founded in 2006, it is one of the most modern sanatoriums. It has almost three hundred beds; guests can check in at any convenient time from 1 pm on the first day of the voucher and check out by 11 am on the last day. A standard stay lasts thirteen calendar days. Children aged three and over are accepted as main guests and can receive treatment from three. The grounds cover more than seven hectares, are fenced on all sides, guarded and under video surveillance.
