Mashinostroitel

The Mashinostroitel sanatorium is 8 km from Gomel and 310 km from Minsk. It was founded almost fifty years ago and has two residential buildings, a treatment building and a canteen.

The Mashinostroitel health resort is in Gomel District, right in the middle of an oak grove. It is surrounded by mixed forest; Lake Uzkoye is fifty metres from the main building, and the Sozh River flows nearby. The grounds are full of oaks. Mashinostroitel was built in 1968 and holds the first category. It has 250 beds. Check-in is from 8 am and check-out by midnight on the last day. Children aged four and over are accepted as main guests and can receive treatment from four. A standard stay lasts twelve calendar days. The grounds cover more than seven hectares, are fenced on all sides and guarded around the clock.
