The Rosinka children's sanatorium is 14 km from Miory, 97 km from Polotsk, 205 km from Vitebsk and 234 km from Minsk. It has 290 beds, 220 of them for children.
Miory District of Vitebsk Region is famous not only for the Yelnya reserve but also for the Rosinka children's sanatorium. It stands on a peninsula framed by three lakes, Vazha, Obsterno and Lusha, all surrounded by mixed forest. The grounds are rich in pines, chestnuts and birches. Rosinka is fairly old, founded almost thirty years ago, and currently holds the first category. Almost three hundred beds are available, more than two hundred of them always ready for young guests. Check-in is from 8:30 am on the first day and check-out by 8 pm on the last day. A standard stay lasts twelve calendar days. Children aged three and over are accepted as main guests, and treatment is also available from three. The grounds cover about ten hectares, are fenced on all sides and guarded by the sanatorium's security.
