This new sanatorium complex nestles in a clean pine forest in Dyatlovo District of Grodno Region. It is a modern multifunctional complex far from the bustle of the city, right on the bank of the Panikva River. It has 373 beds. Children aged one and over are accepted as main guests, and treatment is available from three. Guests check in from 2 pm on the first day of the voucher and check out by noon on the last day, that is, arrival in the afternoon of the first day and departure in the morning of the thirteenth day. The grounds cover just over one and a half hectares, are guarded, fenced and under video surveillance. Following certification Alfa-Radon holds the first category. It has one large seven-storey main building with lifts.

The sanatorium is 72 km from Baranovichi and 136 km from Grodno. From Minsk it is 163 km to Alfa-Radon.
